Ordering
What's the minimum order?
No minimum. Order a single 250g bag or 1,000kg — the process is the same. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 5kg.
How quickly do you ship?
We roast to order. From confirmed payment to dispatch is typically 2–3 working days. Delivery within Ireland is 1–2 days, EU is 3–5 days.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Discounts apply automatically based on total order weight: 5kg: 3%, 10kg: 5%, 25kg: 8%, 50kg: 12%. For larger volumes (50kg+), contact us for reserve pricing.
Do you ship to the EU?
Yes — all 27 EU countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.
What about sample packs?
We offer 50g sample portions of any of our coffees. Build a sample pack from the shop — perfect for testing before committing to a full order.
Do you do grind options?
Yes. Choose whole bean, filter, or espresso grind at checkout.
What's a green coffee reserve?
You can reserve unroasted green coffee upfront at a locked-in price. Ideal for high-volume buyers who want price certainty. Contact us for details.
Is there a subscription option?
Coffee subscriptions are coming soon. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when they launch.
Your Brand
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose your label colours, and we print it on every bag. Your brand, not ours.
Can I create a signature blend?
Absolutely. The blend builder lets you mix any of our 9 single origins in any ratio. Save your blend and reorder it anytime from your account.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. B2B orders include a VAT invoice. Enter your business name and VAT number at checkout.
Coffee
Where are your coffees from?
We source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, El Salvador, and Brazil. Every coffee is traceable to its origin.
Business
Do you supply cafés and restaurants?
Yes. We supply wholesale to cafés, hotels, offices, and hospitality businesses across Ireland and the EU. See wholesale options or contact us to set up an account.
