Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single 250g bag or a full pallet. No minimums, no contracts.
Can I put my brand on the bag?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose your colours, and design your label in our blend builder. We print and ship under your brand.
How fast do you ship?
We roast after you order and dispatch within 2–3 business days across Ireland and the EU.
What volume discounts do you offer?
5kg: 3% off. 10kg: 5%. 25kg: 8%. 50kg: 12%. Volume accounts get custom rates up to 15%. Green coffee reserves offer our best pricing and secure your stock.
Can I create a signature blend?
Yes. Choose from 9 single origins, set your ratios, and we roast it to your spec every time you order.
Do you supply cafes and restaurants?
Yes. Cafes, hotels, offices, and online brands. Same platform, same pricing, no middlemen.
What about invoicing and VAT?
We issue invoices on every order. Add your VAT number in your account for records.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. Order a sample pack — try every coffee in 25g or 50g portions before choosing your lineup.
Do you handle fulfilment?
Yes. We roast, pack, label, and ship directly to you or your customers.
How do green coffee reserves work?
Buy green coffee upfront at our best pricing. We store it and roast on your schedule. Locks your cost and secures supply.
What grind options are available?
Wholebean and ground (for filter/cafetière). We recommend wholebean for maximum freshness.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes. We ship across Ireland and the EU. Free shipping in Ireland on orders over €50.
Is your coffee traceable?
Yes. Every batch has a unique code. Scan or enter it to see origin, roast date, and tasting notes.
