Returns & Refunds

1. Coffee & Perishable Goods

As coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged in transit, incorrect item received), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Custom Blends

Custom blends are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded once roasted, unless there is a quality defect or error on our part.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@blend.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
